Sarah is a coach who develops your ability to be reflective and consider various ways to improve. She listens well and after sharing with Sarah, you feel heard. She develops your capacity and leads you to solutions without telling you directly what you need to do. She has truly supported me with delegating tasks to free up my time, be assertive with what I want and need and grew my confidence in giving instructions and deadlines in an explicit and clear way. In a short amount of time, Sarah was able to both grow my confidence and provide me with strategies that I could implement in both my personal and professional life. Sarah is fantastic at what she does. As a graduate teacher, one feels very lost and overwhelmed, and I was not an exception.
